Our bodies have a beautiful, sophisticated system that tells us how we should eat.

But sometimes, we don’t hear it.

So we make plans.

We follow wellness regimens.

We subscribe to diets.

And if these don’t work, we sometimes think that something is wrong with us.

When really, the issue was with the plan. 

Our bodies already know the answers. We just need to listen.  

 

Hi, I’m Michelle



I help people get back to listening to their bodies and develop a healthy relationship with food and themselves.

Part-social worker, part-dietitian, I help clients navigate their relationship with food and understand how that relationship affects their life. 

Together, we explore how eating is related to a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety and trauma, which must be faced in order to heal.

    My approach is loving & assertive. I’m known for not holding back what you need to hear, while still being supportive and encouraging. Together, we’ll find breakthroughs.
